"Missing Item and a Bit Frustrated"
Part of my order was missing, and I’m still waiting to get it sorted out. I was hoping support would be more helpful, but the response hasn’t really gotten me anywhere yet. The rest of the order was fine, so I’m not totally unhappy, but this has definitely been frustrating...

"Checkout doesn’t feel as reassuring as before"
I’ve bought from Madame Coco before and it used to feel a bit more straightforward. I still like some of their products, but this time the checkout made me kind of nervous. The payment page felt a little confusing, and I didn’t really see much clear info that made me feel secure using my card. I went ahead and placed the order, but I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable paying by card there again unless the process feels safer.

"Bad timing made the slow shipping even worse"
My order ended up arriving later than expected, and the lack of clear updates made it frustrating. To be fair, I think I just ordered at the worst possible time, because everything seemed to move slower than usual. Still, it would’ve helped a lot to know what was going on instead of just waiting and guessing.

"Delivery was kind of a mess"
My order showed up way later than they originally said it would, and the tracking info barely changed the whole time. I had to contact support twice just to figure out what was going on. it was just more hassle than I expected, so I don’t think I’d order again. I mean, maybe if the delivery side was better, but...

"I ordered a few home items..."
I ordered a few home items from madamecoco.com, they showed up exactly like they looked on the site. The colors, size, and material details were all spot on, which almost made me wonder if they’re secretly one of the few online shops not trying to trick us with weird lighting and mystery measurements.

I really appreciate when the product info is clear, because online shopping can feel like a small gamble sometimes. This time there were no surprises when I opened the box, which is rare enough to feel like part of a bigger plan. Very happy with my order and I’d definitely buy again.

"Way overpriced for basic stuff"
I don’t get the hype. The prices on madamecoco.com are way too high for what you actually receive. I was expecting something that felt a bit more premium, but most of it just comes across as ordinary, almost like it’s trying too hard to look fancy. Some pieces look nice in the photos, sure, but once they arrive, they feel kind of cheap for the price. I could probably find similar items somewhere else for much less. Definitely not buying again unless they bring those prices back down to reality.

"Showed up chipped, dusty, and poorly packed"
I was disappointed when this arrived. It had a chip on it, it was dusty, and it just didn’t look like it had been packed with much care. The packaging was really not great, and because it wasn’t packed well, the item ended up chipped. It also looked dusty right out of the box, which was frustrating. Overall, not a great experience.

I placed my order sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and got the confirmation email right away. After that, I didn’t hear anything else. No shipping update, no tracking info, nothing. I’m not in a huge rush, but it would be nice to know what’s going on.

My order showed up on time, so that was good, but the box was crushed and one of the items had loose wrapping. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but at least make sure the packaging actually protects the stuff inside. Like… make it make sense. Definitely not too happy with how it arrived

"Always out of stock"
I tried ordering a few things from madamecoco.com, but almost everything I liked was out of stock. A couple of items even looked available at first, then suddenly disappeared when I got to checkout. It felt like such a waste of time, and when stuff like this happens, you kind of feel like just another ticket number instead of an actual customer. They really need to keep the stock info updated better.

"Got it sorted quicker than I expected"
I had an issue with my order and I kind of wondered at first if they were going to make it a hassle or try to brush it off. But once I reached out to support, they actually handled it quickly. It took a little back and forth, but in the end they fixed the problem and I’m happy with how it turned out.

I found the site annoying to use. Pages were loading slowly, and when I got to checkout, it wasn’t really clear what I was supposed to do next. I kept expecting some kind of obvious next step or confirmation, but everything felt a bit confusing and clunky.

"Return was easy, just little slow"
I ordered few home things from Madame Coco, and most of them were fine, but one item didn’t really look like what I had in my head, so I decided to send it back.
The return process was actually simple. Instructions were clear enough, and I dropped off package without any problem, which I appreciated.

The refund took few days longer than I expected, so that part was bit annoying, but it did come through in the end. Overall, it was good experience.
